Prospective campaign for Ray-ban’s Meta Glasses, incorporating their new future-forward technological look with their branding values of tradition and timeless fashion

Ray-Ban x Meta
Timeline
4 weeks
Role
Full Pipeline Creative Director -> Motion Designer
Project Overview
A motion branding project that explored how Ray-Ban could better connect its heritage products with newer innovations through a unified visual identity.
Challenge
Ray-Ban has a recognizable identity rooted in timeless style and cultural relevance. As the brand expands into new categories like smart eyewear, its messaging and visual language have become less unified. We explored how to create a more cohesive brand system.

Process
Beginning with an audit of their current campaigns, you can see the product was displayed differently depending on the platform and the campaign. As Meta Glasses move from a one-time campaign to prominent and integrated glasses style, I identified timeless elements to be included in the campaign: Noise/Grain + Impurities • Gradients • Fast motion movements Using these as pillars to blend both old and new, I put it into practice, lighting & animating in Blender, and compositing in After Effects.

Results
This new look grounds Meta Glasses not just as a collaboration but as a style that joins Ray-bans other long-standing styles, while still setting it a part in a future forward manner.
